The kind folks at Durham Glass were able to calibrate the windshield in my Honda ramp van when no others — including Honda — were able to make it happen. They demonstrated great skill and great patience making things right. They get my great appreciation and my strongest recommendation. Thank you to Joshua and his crew at Durham Glass.

I would be extremely cautious with this company. We purchased a used vehicle from a Dealership and it had a chip in the windshield. We were told by dealership that it was taken care of by Durham Glass Inc, not to worry. Within days of driving the chip turned into a crack and continued to grow. The company was called to replace the windshield. Well, we got a defective windshield, bottom of it was warped looking, like looking through a magnifying glass and when we drove passed 45 mile per hour it sounded like a airplane in the car because the glass was not properly sealed. Had to go all the way to Durham to have them check, there was no hello, no apologies just "you the women with the van." He checked it out and said someone will call you to come to your house, install a new one. The guy that came next week replaced it, I kid you not, with another defective glass one. When I texted him mins later when he left he was advising me that it was so strange for that to happened twice. These guys are putting in defective glass, knowing this, because they pay less money for it and they are in the hopes you will never notice, and charge you full price. I mean, this is the only business/respon

Josh was AMAZING! Friendly and efficient! I told my son he is the glass whisperer bc the glass replacement looks AMAZING! It looks like there is no glass at all ! lol Thank you again Josh aka the “glass whisperer” lol

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to recognize the exceptional glass installation service provided by Durham Glass. I had two large 6' x 5' windows fail that were installed eight years ago during a major remodel. The glass itself was covered under warranty, and Durham Glass handled the installation work. These windows were on the second floor and required scaffolding to replace. I got four estimates, and Durham Glass took the most time to carefully assess the situation and provide a fair price that was about half of what Rice’s Glass Company quoted. I appreciated that the owner himself came to the house to ensure an accurate estimate and to help guide the process. The person who scheduled the job was easy to work with, and both installers were very courteous and professional. I have a well‑landscaped backyard, and they took extra care to avoid any damage to the screen porch and landscaping. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future when we remodel a bathroom.

I had a great experience getting my windshield replaced. The entire process was quick, easy, and professional from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they explained everything clearly before starting the work. The technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. The windshield looks flawless, fits perfectly, and was installed with great attention to detail. My car was left clean, and the job was completed faster than expected. Excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement.
